My entry to the Observer/Jonathan Cape/Comica Graphic Short Story Prize. Inspired by the poem “The Crow and the Cuckoo” by Luke Holland who was recently diagnosed with Myeloma and non Hodgkin B-cell Lymphoma.

A 3D piece i made for an exhibition i was part of, called ‘Wunderkammer’ (cabinet of curiosities). I created a paper set of Hans Sloane’s cabinet of tropical plants. After the exhibition was over i decided to make a child friendly ‘Make your own’ version i could use in my portfolio!

There&#8217;s a new exhibition on at the British Museum all about vikings!! This is just a proposed illustrated poster that could be used to draw more children into the museum, as the poster used at the moment feels more adult orientated.
